It is very important that the review be impartial. For example, any report published by a company that makes anti-spyware / anti-virus software can’t be considered impartial.

Well I was hoping for a printed article, but a webcast by someone as reliable as Chris Pirillo works. The webpage for this webcast can be found directly on Chris’s website, along with written text that include a few more details than what appears in the video. (the text is not a word-for-word transcript — I think the text is a bit easier to understand.)
