A pop-up called Spyware Cyberlog-X comes up every few minutes, and it asks if you would like to download an Anti-Spyware program. I clicked cancel and nothing happened. There are no other problems, except those “pop-ups” and the spyware AGAIN asking if I would like to install “AntiSpyware Programs” when I access the internet. The internet speed is fine, but some sites are occasionally forced to exit, but maybe that is because my Firewall/Zone Alarm settings are high.

What can I do to get rid of this, and what trusted progams could I use?
Symantec also identifies and attempts to remove different spyware/downloaders, but nothing major happens as a result of it. Is this due to Cyberlog-X as well?

do a scan using your anti-virus and it should be able to remove it.

Well, first off, make sure to never, ever download “Antivirus Programs” off of those pop-ups.

What antivirus spams your computer so you can download another antivirus?

Use McAffee.
It’s pretty good.
