how do i get rid of malwarebell that continues to pop up while on explorer?

I already put an anti spyware program on and run a scan and I continue to recieve the same alert…it states that my computer was infected by a dangerous virus recommend to download antispyware when I click ok it goes right to malwarbell to purchase there program…any help would be greatly appreciated
