I have PC-Cillin Internet Security 2006 software installed on my PC. It was recommended to me by a highly tech-savvy longtime friend who said PC-Cillin is not only a better value than its competitors, but also (and more importantly!) it’s a better/safer program for protecting your computer against viruses, worms, spyware, malware, etc. He also said it has an excellent personal firewall.
I didn’t have time to compare and contrast PC-Cillin with its competitors, so I trusted my friend, since he knows as much (if not more) about computers than the Geek Squad! 
The one thing that bothers me is that now and then, I run into random reviews online in which people totally BASH this program and say negative things about it.
I still feel I made a wise choice, but I thought I’d see what the Yahoo Answers community has to say. Thanx!

I think PC cillin is ok to be used… all anti virus softwares have backlogs in them… some can detect viruses that other antivirus softwares cant detect… some av softwares will say this is a trojan some will say it is nothing….. personally i think pc cillin is a good security compared especially to mcafee and norton these two makes your computer very slow… especially in programs response and OS boot…. so its really a matter of choice on what software to use…
