Go to. Download, install, update and run the following: ad-aware, spybot search & destroy, spyware doctor starter edition, rouge remover, super anti-spyware and malwarebytes anti-spyware.
To clean out history and temp files, get ccleaner (under drive cleaners) from majorgeeks.
